At swissbakers, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality and freshness of our products. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please reach out to our customer service team at info@swissbakers.com. We are dedicated to resolving any concerns you may have, whether it’s about in-store purchases or items shipped nationwide. Please ensure you have your proof of purchase ready when contacting us.

In-Store Purchases & Local Pick-Up

This section applies to all items purchased at or picked up from one of our physical bakery locations.

Perishable Goods (Breads, Pastries, Sandwiches, etc.)

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods. However, if there is an issue with quality or order accuracy:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of your purchase or pickup.
  • Provide your receipt and a photo of the product in question.
  • Based on the circumstances, we will provide a resolution in the form of a replacement product or store credit. Full refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of our management.

Nationwide Shipped Orders

This section applies to all items purchased through our website for nationwide shipping, including pretzels, sweatshirts, tumblers, and beanies.

A. Shipped Perishable Goods (Pretzels)

We carefully package our pretzels to ensure they arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you have a quality concern, please contact our customer service team at info@swissbakers.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Required Information: Please provide your order number and include clear photos of the product, the shipping box, and the packing slip. This is required for us to assist you.
• No Returns: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on shipped food items.
• Resolution: We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit for items that are confirmed to be damaged or incorrect. We do not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by the carrier or for spoilage due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

B. Shipped Non-Perishable Merchandise (Sweatshirts, Tumblers, Beanies)

We want you to love your swissbakers gear. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return it under the following conditions:
• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Tumblers must be unused.
• How to Initiate a Return:
1. Email us at info@swissbakers.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions. Please do not send items back without an RA number.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Exchanges: The simplest way to process an exchange is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like.

Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. swissbakers is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages: swissbakers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier has marked the item as “Delivered.” Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

Allergy Disclaimer: Our products are made in a facility that processes common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.
