In 2006, Helene & Thomas founded swissbakers and set out to bring European baked goods to the Boston area. Today, swissbakers has two locations in the greater Boston area and we continue to pursue bringing high quality European pastries to the area.

Lead Baker
Allston, MA
Pay: $25/hour
Monday – Thursday, 7am – 4pm
Join us at the bench as our Lead Baker. You’ll be a hands-on leader, working alongside your team to produce our scratch-made dough, baked goods, and pastries for our stores, catering, and wholesale. Beyond overseeing daily operations and stock levels, you will stay active in the heart of the bakery, ensuring our high standards are met through direct collaboration and shared craftsmanship
